This was a first attempt at trying to create something new (for me). Not all the joints line up perfectly and I would select woods that contrast more the next time, but I thought I’d post it anyway.
The base is Jarrah and the body is Zebrawood and Canarywood.

Hey, Great looking bowl even if the joints didn’t line up. Great first attemp at something new. Remember: we all laern from our mistakes. Right?
