I’m not sure if MDF counts as wood, but here it is. I used my CNC to cut all the parts. Glued the two halves together and whipped up some quick boxes with sliding bottoms for the bases which will hold all of the pieces. My daughter wanted Seattle SeaHawks colors for the pieces.

Good looking project. How good of a finish will the CNC leave or how much sanding?

It leaves a pretty nice finish. You can adjust that by your tool speed and feed rate (these vary per material). I sanded just a few strokes with some 180 grit and it was ready for paint.
