I’ve invented a modular Marble Run consisting of units (tiles) measuring 4 X 4 inch (10 X 10 cm). This system is inspired from Cuboro, Kugelix, Matthias Wandel’s marble blocks and Lego GBC. The prototype tiles are made from MDF wood, i made this without a CNC router, i use a normal router and a guiding system to make the tracks. I’m planning to use a better type of wood in the future. My system consists six different categories of tiles:

White: Basic track elements (straight, curved, crossing)
Blue: Advanced track elements (slaloms, funnels, loops, nail boards)
Green: Track switches or junctions
Red: Track elements with moving parts like tip-overs, levers, etc
Yellow: Trackelements with sound (bells, chimes, gongs, etc)
Purple (coming later): Lifters, marble elevators and other systems to transport marbles up.

Some tiles has larger dimensions like 20 X 10 cm or 30 X 10 cm to fit larger mechanisms or track patterns.
Please watch the video of the prototype

A Great Marble Run. The one I made was no where as fancy as yours.

Would love to see this with a lifter of some sort. Perhaps a large wheel or conveyer belt..
Great work!

Really good video, and of course the marble run is divine.
