This is a cedar/hope chest I am building as a wedding gift to my step-daughter and her new husband. It measures 33” x 20” x 17” deep. I don’t have pictures yet of the lid because I am planning something with the wedding date and their names cut out with the CNC. The scrolls and angel are cut out of MDF on my CNC and the chest body is made from Baltic Birch with poplar trim. I made all the trim custom from my multi profile moulding bit, which I love. The feet I turned on the lathe and the cedar panels were re-sawn on the bandsaw with tongue and groove joinery. This project is probably my second favorite to my wifes craft room I did. A lot of love and imagination went into this one.

Great looking chest! The scrolls and angels add a nice touch.
