I documented the build process on my YouTube channel. Please check it out!

During the relatively short span being a content creator, I realized that sunlight and the camera do not mix. I needed a better solution to keep the sun from getting into the shop. Rockler was kind enough to send me their shutter system to build 3 1/2” movable louvered shutters with hidden control arm. These shutters are classy, clean looking, and function perfectly. I especially like how I can open the louvers to let light in when I am not filming and open the entire shutter to get access to the window itself.

Nice project, i could do with a set of these,I have just started making short and simple videos of my projects with a cheap action camera but the sunlight plays havoc with it turning the video different colours if you move the camera! looking forward to more videos from you! https://www.youtube.com/user/bazza866/videos

Thank you for watching and commenting! They are a very nice solution to the sunlight problem. How big is your shop?

I will check out your channel!

Good stuff. Always enjoy your vids. I do like your low-rider push stick also.
