Although designed as a golf ball box it can also serve as an eyeglasses case if you like. The insert that holds the balls in place can be left out and that way a pair of glasses fits nicely.
The two patterns I designed and carved for this box differ in complexity. The easy pattern consists entirely of three-corner chips and still looks classy. The swirl pattern is harder if you’re up for a challenge.
I have these basswood boxes made for me and then fancy ‘em up to show my customers what they can do with them.
Thanks for looking!

That’s really sweet, lucky golf balls.

You certainly know how to make simple boxes without joinery into small treasures Marty. A perfect gift item with some really beautiful chip carving.

I like it. Your chips are so crispy clean. Always enjoy your projects
