I made this wooden crown out of a cedar log. It’s a great bandsaw or scrollsaw project. I used my novice turning skills to turn the finial on top. It was fun to make, although it’s a little tight for my big head.

That’s very nice.

It needn’t fit your head. You can get a lot of points from your wife (got one of those?) if you give it to her on her birthday. That’s what I did with this one. Yours is much nicer and should be worth lots of points. :-)

Steve, You always come up with the most unique projects. I know you made this for Dominics’ ‘Branch’ contest. It’s fantastic!
