Sycamore Burl and Tigerwood Nested Bowls

This nested bowl project was easy and a lot of fun. I especially enjoy working with beautiful woods and both the Sycamore and the Tigerwood are very pretty woods. I used my hand-held coring unit to do this and found the Tigerwood a bit more challenging as it is quite hard. What I llike the most about the nested bowls is that they match perfectly and the wild wood makes them very interesting. Dick (

Nice work Dick, great looking wood. Just think without your hand held corer i.e. bowlsaw most of that beautiful wood was doomed to be sawdust.
