I was requested to design and build a server for the dining room that would provide the maximum storage and serving capacity yet offer the smallest footprint in the limited space available.
Their other furnishings were of traditional style. I presented drawings from which this one was chosen. the stain was selected after the pieces were completed.
Solid brass hardware was used for the barrel hinges and pulls. Soss hinges were used on the leafs. Doors were inset as opposed to overlayed.

Wow, I really like it. My daughter is buying a new house and will be moving in a couple of weeks for now and I would love to build something like this for her dining room. Do you have plans and would you be willing to share???
Again, it’s beautiful!!!!!!!!!
