I just finishing building a roller platform for a new tool I had coming today.
Just couldn’t make myself pay all that money for the store bought ones when I have enough steel and roller’s lying around to build several.
I got a jointer a couple weeks ago and I needed to upgrade one more thing (more wanted than needed)
It’s already here, just not out of the back of my truck. So, while I find someone to help unload it and get it set up why don’t you guys try and guess what it is!!!!!!
HINT: you can use it working with wood!!!!!!

Good job on the roller. And I do believe its a table saw that’s going on this. You already have a 8” Jointer.

I’m thinking…the size and gauge of that stand would indicate your “old” laptop!!! :))

I’m betting on a planer. If he has a joiner, he probably had a saws first :-))

At first I thought you were going to say a blog or forum topic about this instead of a project listing. But hey I’ll guess a shaper.

Judgeing by the color of the stand, it’s a Grizzly or a John Deere.

I’m not sure what it is … but I’ll pay for it if you’ll take my mother-in-law too.

AND THE WINNER IS————- MARK
YEA, IT’S A GRIZZLY GO513X2 17” BANDSAW WITH THE RESAW FENCE.
I COULDN’T FIND ANYONE TO HELP ME WITH IT TODAY AND I’VE HAD PNEUMONIA SO MAYBE I WILL GET IT UP AND RUNNING TOMORROW. HOPE IT DOES THE JOB.

All you got to do is drop the tail gate and back up at about 18 MPH. Then stand on the brakes. It’ll come right out.
And if you stop in the right place it’ll just drop on your roller-stand.
Good luck.

I got it in the shop by myself but, by then I was to tired to do anything else. I think I may have to change the wheels on my roller. I built it before the saw got here and I didn’t realize that the bottom door went down so close to the floor. I may have to move them to the side or either just tilt the saw a little when I need to open it all the way, which looks like anytime I change out to a large blade like the 1”. Oh well, that’s one of the good things about steel, it’s a lot more forgiving that wood can be. I should be making sawdust tomorrow. Good Lord willing and the creek don’t rise!!!!!!!

I’d put a sheet of plywood in the bottom to raise the saw up what was necessary.
Glad you got it off the truck.
