The Ultimate Dust Deputy for the Festool dust extractor costs about $270. I’ve installed a dust deputy ($70) with an oil bucket (free) on my dust extractor to do the same job. I attach a pine board on the dust extractor with a c-clamp and mount the dust deputy/bucket on the board with a bungee cord.

If you clear the bucket often enough, you may never need to replace the expensive filter bag.

A simple but efficient solution.

ChuckM Like the set up.
Would like to mention that if you live near a Home Depot they sell a nice plastic lid for you bucket that screws on and really works great.
