A few years ago I saw a cheap put it together yourself piece in some store, it was made of the pressed paper wood with fake plastic wood grain stuck on that, they called it a telephone stand.
I liked the looks of it and…
I figured I could do a little better, so I took some measurements and came up with my own version.
The wood is 3/4 oak and the door is my first (successful) attempt at raised panel.

That is a good looking cabinet. Sometimes the pressboard/KD furniture in the discount stores will give you good design ideas. You not only did raised panels but an arched raised panel! Brave man for first time . . . well done.
Now, where is the telephone?

You certainly do nice work. Really good job for first-time raised panels. Arches aren’t easy!
