A little hand tool storage

Made a simple plane till and some screwdriver and chisel storage from scrapwood. The plane till is from a veneered and broken dining room table that had some nice walnut edging and legs which I salvaged. I have no idea what the veneer is, but I think it looked great in this project with the dado-ed separators.

Some of you hand plane collectors may be horrified at my collection, but most are restorations in progress. My 4, 5 and 7C are users (5 barely so) and I use a Challenger Jack (5 1/4 equivalent) as a scrub, but the rest are in need of lots of love! Spend too much time drooling on Handplanes thread instead of restoring the potential I already own! LOL!

I’m learning so I am always open to critiques, comments and questions.

Looks good!
