This is first of four I have made in total.
I made this coffee table in year 1999.
Back then I worked in a small firm building custom furniture and I had good boss and free time on my work place.
Its 100% particle board and veneer , no wood are used.
My boss charged me for materials and uses of his tools 1/5 of my monthly income ( circa $70.00 back then).
I sold it 30min after the lacquer was dry for a 1 monthly income.
Rest of coffee tables and other my woodcraft are sown on my website.

Very nice!... I want to get into marquetry so bad, it just looks so complicated.
You have some great talent!

Beautiful Craftsmanship!!! Great job. Did you know that this looks like Parquetry. Parquetry has geometrical shapes. Where Marquetry has floral and picture forms. I hope you dont get mad, by me saying something. You do some great work. Thanks for posting
