Very nice looking building. Is he using it for storage or a workshop?

His son is in to dirt bike racing so he plans to use it as storage for bikes and parts. I am sure his boy will use it as a shop as well because he asked that I rough in an A/C opening in the rear. I realize the roof is a little low but he wanted a steep pitch to match his house and I was concerned with total height once it was on the trailer; power lines, bridges and overpasses!!
