I made 2 of these originally as gifts for our kids and their families. It is made of Oak and is an adaptation of a plan I bought from Popular Woodworking. I have made several more and each is slightly different than the others. If you would like to see how I made it, please visit my site at http://www.sawhorseworkshop.com/curioclockplan1.html
Be sure to click on each picture to get a better view.
Thanks for taking the time to view my work,

Sawhorse,
You posted this long before I came on board but I am glad I pulled it from the archives. You have combined the best of two distinct projects- a grandfather clock and a display cabinet- into one piece. This is a beautiful piece that would be a compliment to any decor.
Nicely done. Thanks for sharing this project.

Super nice! I made a display tower a lot like that. The clock is a great idea and looks terrific. Excellent project!

Thanks mtnwild, I appreciate the feedback. I made another without the clock and put glass sides on it for a lady who wanted to display her Barbie Doll collection, lock them up and keep dust from collecting on them.
