My Father in laws birthday, so the wife wanted me to make a frame for picture of my daughters. I also did one for my wife’s sister’s girl so they he would have the same frames. These are the ones completed.I cut and milled more piece but two was all I need for now.

8×10 landscap hole:10×12 sides:2 3/4×19 t/b:3
mortise and tendon
Air dried maple (some spalting)
Boiled linseed oil
Shellac sprayed
Furniture wax front

-- Do it right the first time. Becuase fixing it is a wast of time.

Partridge, this is a nice frame. You brought out the color of the wood well and the picture is nicely frames too.
