This is a curly maple and walnut coffee table with turned legs. It was one of my first projects so there are a few glaring mistakes, but it is my husband’s favorite piece I’ve made and a good reminder to continue to practice, so I keep it around :)

Looks good! Nice grain on the maple and the turning is well done.Keep up the good work. Just remember: The Anne of all trades is the master of none

I looked long and hard and cannot find any mistakes in your beautiful table.
Every time I do a project I look back and say to my self -” I won’t make that mistake again”
For me woodworking is one long journey of happiness!

Nice looking table. I like the maple/walnut combination. I look back on some of my early projects and all their shortcomings(mistakes) and realize they were just stepping stones for continuous improvement. Thanks for sharing. and nice website too.
