So some time ago I purchased a Porter Cable PCB222TS portable table saw. It’s a good saw for my needs, and it even said in the specs you could use a 6” dado stack up to 1/2”.
I found myself needing to perform some dado cuts so I went in search of a dado insert for my Porter Cable saw. Much to my chagrin no such animal could be found.
So I said to my self; “I guess I’m going to have to make one”.
But how to make a dado insert when the original is just a thin piece of sheet metal?
Then it hit me.

You remind me to check on my METABO TS 254 if there is same possibilty to put dado saw stuck and make such insert.

Nice job. I would love a dado blade set but they are not available here in the UK.. I have no idea why but Its a shame as it would save me a lot of time in certain projects….. I really like what you did with this, Nice work..
