First attempt at making duck calls. The inserts are from Echo and seem to work quite well. Next step is to attempt making the exhaust/tone board section. My wife is not 100% onboard with the “testing” process. Haven’t been scolded this much in quite awhile.

Wicked idea. I like it and it’s useful. Maybe you should add a video/sound to your project?

Maybe make a “mock” duck call and put a piece of jewelry in it, give it to her, then have her adjust the reed (or whatever) inside when she can’t make it work. Should buy you a day or two.

Put them in your car. Less distractive than the phone and there’s no law against it. You’d be surprised how much practice you can get in a month inside your car. Happy wife, happy life.
