This week I built a giant shoe box! It is a copy of an Air Jordan shoe box, complete with product tag! This build is for a client who collects Air Jordan shoes. He wanted a dedicated place to store them and show them off!

The project was constructed with 1/2” MDF for everything but the case back. I wanted the back to have 3/4” for the hinges. The hinges are also designed for 3/4” material. I used rabbits, butt joints, glue, brads, and screws to assemble this project. I finished the case with black latex paint, added a little flare with a few vinyl decals, and printed a replica product label.

I am interested in your vinyl cutting machine… do you have any videos on that?

Duddy, I don’t have a video on it right now but plan to release a short overview video on it. nothing too detailed. They are very affordable and easy to use!
