These are Word Puzzles in the shape of the animal the work is.

The Trout was my first Woodimal, I gave that to a Pastor Friend of mine. The material is all oak, with die on the water, and tung oil on the fish.
The second Woodimal was the Cardinal, I gave that to my Sister in law. The Cardinal is out of Oak, and the base is out of Walnut. I used an enamal paint for the red on the cardinal, then tung oiled all.
My Sister in law loved the Cardinal, and we set to the shop to make here brother in law the Walleye. I enjoyed Teaching her.

This would be the only fish I could ever catch. Great colors and using dyes cool. I love the Cardinal. No wonder you’re so good with the scroill saw. You’re a teacher of woodworking. Great woodworking art shown here.

Oof. I don’t have that kind of patience. Nice job.
