I made 8 sets of 2 to a set for a total of 16 doors. Stiles and rails are 5/4×2-1/4 hickory with a 1/2” mortise & tenon joint, the panels are 1/4” hickory ply AB, finish is 3 coats of clear catilize lacquer to bring out the natural color of the hickory. All the casing and jambs are solid 4/4 hickory milled by me

Fantastic job of making the book-matched panels! Any chance you could get a photo of an open door for us?
Thanks for posting.

Easy there, Buckethead. Slow down. Take a deep breath. It’s plywood.
