These are three different design ribbons, I have made ribbons but they seemed to take so much wood so I decided I would try to take a ribbon glue up and cut it in half. That is take the glue up and stand it on edge and with a bandsaw cut it like resawing. Using 7/8 stock this leaves you with about 3/8 glue up to cut your segments from. If you angles are dead on you will get two ribbons from one glue up. Thus 3 glue ups here produced 6 ribbons.
