Wow!!
That must have took a long time to cut all of those stars.
Sorry for showing my ignorance (being an old Navy guy), but what does “SES” stand for?

Actually I stack cut them… The hardest part was getting the orientation correct. I think I made a template of some sort. An SES is a big wheel AF civilan rank.. I think in her case it is a 2 star general equivelent.
Way bigger fish than I am used to dealing with!

SES stands for the Senior Executive Service, the lowest level is equvalent to a one star general and they go up from there.
