Very nice Guy. I try to make some shadow boxes for some friends in the Navy but these make mine look like a 3 year did it. Great job. Did you cut the eagle on the scroll saw? If so what blade did you use?
-- No matter how many times I cut this wood it keeps coming up short.

I do everything on my Dewalt scroll saw. I really love Flying Dutchman blades… I get them from Mikes Woodshop in Brandon SD. Also it really helps to use clear packing tape on thick cuts, it really lubricates the blade.
