Here is a recent project that we made for a Art gallery in Snohomish. Each letter was individually cut out, painted and then affixed to the backing board. We had to get the font choice and sign length approved by the sign board in Snohomish.

It was a successful project and the letters were fun to make, although the painting was a bit of a chore.

Was this done by CNC or literal by hand?

Hi Josh,

This was done by hand, I wish I had a CNC machine, that would have been a lot quicker.

I free-hand drew the lettering on 1x stock and then cut them out using a 16 inch scrollsaw.

Thanks for asking,

That is a great design and nicely done.
