That’s a nifty clock and a fine desk. Welcome to Lumber Jocks. You can post as many projects as you want. Give us lots of photos. We see better than we read.

I like the design of the clock very much. Was it a design of yours? That is also a great looking roll top desk, is it Oak, please be sure and let us see the finished pic” as well. Really, really nice works.

Excellent work…my mother is the clock collector…and well, I won’t show her this picture…even though she’s 90, she’ll want it…or have me make a copy…and I’m too far behind on everything to make one. Nice job.

Nice job on the clock. Did you turn the finials too?
I’m always drawn to check out clocks people make because I have made a number of them myself. However I am turned off by the “chunks” of wood with holes drilled in them with a quartz/battery movement installed. In today’s busy life style many people don’t want to take the time to wind a real clock. I find the tic tock of the clocks makes the house seem more more alive. Great job on the desk too.
