I’ve only been woodworking for a short time and have focused on the learning curve of measuring cutting and fitting on simple projects in box store pine. This is a variation of a standard 5 board bench, the second one that I have built with a back on it, sized for children. It was built by request from a lady that is an amateur photographer that saw the V 1.0 original and wanted one for a photographic prop for her child photography work.
I made the legs from a 1×12 and the seat from a 1×10 so the the rear leg would be under the back and hopefully, less prone to tipping. The legs are glued and screwed to the seat bottom for strength. It will be finished by the lady, probably in paint.
I have a couple of pieces of oak and I am about to have a router table up and going, so, hopefully, I can move on to level 2 of woodworking by building some small projects with hardwood, and some routed edges.
Thanks for looking at this page and comments are always welcome.
