What can I say? Lots of these on LJ, already, but I did have lots of assistance from grandson, Ian, who had several snow(less) days off from school in the past few weeks due to the fear of another storm like we had here, in Atlanta, in 2014.

Hey what’s not to love! Bet Ian secretly wants it for his bedroom.

No secret. It’s already in his bedroom.

Looks pretty nifty!
Curious though, that pendulum looks awfully close to the left side of the case. Is there wide enough room for the pendulum to swing? I have a couple pendulum clocks and they need about 6” room to swing fully back and forth

@JoeinGa It’s tight, but it fits.

Those are a fun build. The pendulum on all of mine taps the edges giving a ‘tick tock’ sound. Cool, but annoying after a while!

@slovash Interesting, as my grandson named the clock, “Smiley”.

If anyone is interested, the plans can be found at http://www.skiltools.com/How-To/Pages/Project-Details.aspx?title=Dancing%20Clock&type=PDF and clock kits, including the face (as well as plans with a “girl” version), are available from Meisel Hardware http://www.meiselwoodhobby.com/Products/ViewProduct.aspx?id=44242
