It’s always a pleasure to build something for a customer that gives you dimensions a budget and artistic freedom.
This little project was inspired while having coffee in the customer’s sun room with maple flooring and big dark cedar beams. They were please with the final result.

All I can say is WOW! If you do not love this piece then you do not love wood. That contrast is highly appealing. Thanks for sharing it with us.

It must be even better when you have some artistic talent! Very nice job.

Yoiks!!!! When I saw the thumbnail I thought, OK another side table. NO…. not another side table; a work of art. Love the design from top to bottom.

Would it be possible to post a picture of how it looks in the room, including the floor and beams? I guess it might be tough to get the right angle.

If my customer is willing to take a photo of it and send it to me it may be possible. With vaulted ceilings over 22’ at the peak and a room full of other furniture it may get lost though.
