Coffee Tube Caddie

Thanks for the inspiration from Rah and his tea boxes.

The main squeeze loves her coffee so thought this a good idea to keep her coffee tubes a bit more organized and accessible. Wood is rosewood from the scrap pile and base to sides assembly was with Dowelmax. Put in a ‘scooter’ board to bring the tubes forward as they moved down (pic 3). Finish was several coats of paste wax.

Thanks for looking.

ooh, I need one of these. I missed Rah’s project, and might not have made the same mental leap. (though mine will be to clean up the pile of iced tea mix packets. (anything to get those cardboard boxes off the counter!) Thanks for the inspiration.

The fun part is to see your project used everyday, nice lid I like it. I am still trying to figure out how to store fresh coffee beans and keep them fresh.

i use a glass jar with a rubber seal and a clamp on the lid to keep my coffee beans fresh…

As for the box, I love it. I think i’ll do something similar for my wife’s water bottle mixes she buys.
