I was asked to do on toothbrush holder for a client, she wanted something to keep the toothbrushes away from critters, and asked me for something that closed tight and could be hanged in the wall.

after a couple of tries i finally got it with this little box, it closes quite tight, but just in case i added a magnet on the lid to make it tighter, and to make the lid open all the way back, to allow for this, i used a french cleat about 5/8 thick, it is not of my liking but it works.

i even planning in doing on for my bathroom. as i quite like it.

thanks!

N.

Nicely done, Nayo! I like anything that unclutters. The scrolled figures on the front are a nice touch. What don’t you like about the French cleat? Thanks for sharing.

its too thick, but if not it would not be able to open. that’s why i have to do it that way.
the cleat system i really like, but she wanted it that way. :)

Very cool. That’ll keep the germs off while not in use. Good one
