rocking chair for daughter and grand daughter

hi just got this rocker finished to day last coat of tung owl on will give it polish
in the morning before i load it up for the five hour trip it new home
and get to work rocking new mum and baby when feeding
and sleeping or just relaxing will post some pictures off
it in working order after delivery and show off mum and baby
i am so prude of my second grand daughter and mother
this rocker is made out of ash i like ash it is strong and it
is home grown here in ireland should last a few years

Excellent work. I can tell by looking at it how relaxing it will be. Great job on the design. Maybe grandpa can do some rocking on it to with his gran daughter.

Maybe I should have made a rocking chair. I made a cradle that was never used.

thanks for all your nice comments
here is a few photos off the rocker in use
they loved it had a few tears when i give
it to her and her husband
some close up photos off the joints
that i was asked to show
hope this is ok
