Cherry and Maple Table

Project by Waldschrat posted 311 days ago 649 views 2 times favorited 12 comments Add to Favorites Watch

A table I built last spring, It is of Ami. Cherry and from maple.

The legs are curved on two sides and beveled two sided as well on the oppisite sides of the curves. Thereis a drawer guided with a wood maple frame with classic style.

The pic pretty much says it all a simple table that I think is elegant!

The top is veneered and cut at a 15 degree angle around the edges Finish is hard wax oil mix

Nicholas, This is a really nice table. Cherry and maple are my favorite wood combination so this one naturally got my attention. Beveling the top is a nice idea and the legs really draw your eye when looking at the piece.

Well done.

I like everything about it . The use of different woods, the color combination, and the proportions. Then you set in on those great legs, WOW. You’ve done well grasshopper !

A clean, elegant design.

A very nicely finished item, in an unadorned style!
