Mailbox

Looks very nice. How do you go about getting that design with other types of wood? Is it carved out with a chisel or what?

Thanks for the kind words. The rose and stem are also oak about 1/8” thick stained with colored Watercrylic, I think, and glued on.

My guess is that you dont live in the country and if you do, you dont hang it outside near the road?

If you did live in the country,....... near me, you’ld be waiting a long time to find mail in it.
