A pair of mission style end tables. Top and structure is top choice pine. Shelf is quarter inch oak ply. Spindles are 3/4×3/4 mortice-tendon. Stain was minwax red mahogany. Finish was sealer, stain, shellac, water based poly. The wood choice made it difficult to make the tables match my granddaughter’s furnishings, which are red mahogany. Since she paid for the project (and three others) it was her choice. Other than the spindles, which became tedious as the end tables have 18 each and the coffee table also has 18. With that many, once the gear was set up to produce a good product, making them was fairly easy.
