Very nice Dion. Is that 8/4 stock you have for the top?

no the top is made of 2 1/2 inch strips of aspen glued together . had to do alot of sanding to get it to look like that. golden oak stain and polyurethane finish. glued it all up in one piece had to get the wife to help me it was quite a mess at first,but with a lot of sanding it turned out great.

got the aspen at milton hardwoods in the clarenville area,they make spruce ,birch flooring and siding.
