"Woven" cutting board

I saw this pattern when a few people started posting their versions of this cutting board on this site. To the original designer…thank very much for the inspiration and it was a hit as a Christmas present for the family.

Cody, that is a nice looking cutting board. I really like the design of these type of boards. You executed this one well.

Sweet. That is an ‘exciting’ glue up, isn’t it?

Good job and a nice finish,
Steve

Thanks for the comments everyone. Steve, ‘exciting’ is definitely a good word for the glue up with this piece. I saw a few other boards on here that used even smaller pieces for this pattern and it gives me a headache just to think about their glue ups.

I made the standard end grain cutting board and the glue up was greatly challenging! I could not imagine smaller pieces or doing it on angles!
