Project Information
A current kitchen project calls for beaded panels in all of the doors and end panels. I have made several jigs that have fixed spacing between grooves or beads, but this time the beads are not all the same distance apart. Rather than build two jigs for the different spacing, I made this. It works as advertised!
The base is ½" Baltic Birch ply, and the guide strip is ¼" hardwood dowel.
It's not too complicated, but I posted some instructions for building the jig and setting the spacing. You can check out part one here, and part two here.
