Been offline for quite some time now but still been busy in the shop. This one is Oak with a walnut stipe inlay. Miter cut corners and dadoed in top and bottom. The legs and hinge piont are i believe macassar ebony or something like that. carbon fiber hinge pins(leftover from rc days) with myrtle handles.

That is a cool box. First time I’ve seen Carbon Fiber in a woodworking project. Genius!
