Here is a small candy box that I made from scrap and the “Big Bertha Cut-off bin” at Wood workers source.
The sides and outer frame of lid is oak.The other two wood were not identified.

-- Scrap Wood's the best...the projects are smaller, and so is the mess!

Very Nice!! And every miter looks nice and tight!!

I don’t recognize the woods either (not good at that) but they are a beautiful combination.

Oh my gosh, I love that, probably because it holds candy, better yet chocolate. Good hubby you are!!
