Not exactly the stellar projects I would like to be doing, but it’s money in the pocket for a custom order. I’m not sure how I feel about the white paint and shabby chic distressed corners, but the wood itself was pretty cool. Had some old cedar fence pieces and 2×4’s. So far everybody loves it though, so it’s a success from a business viewpoint. These chevron and pattern top tables are a fun easy build though in case anyone wants to build one. The table is finished with a BLO/poly mix over the bare wood.

Thanks. I’m doing a console table like this for my wife next, but I’m using some different colors and putting it on a set of hairpin legs.

Good lookin’ table. It’ll be a great conversation piece when folks come over and ask about it. Thanks for sharing.

Really sharp. Sometimes we turn out pieces that are not our thing, but you made someone very happy. Good work.

Yeah. It’s funny how things that I will build a ton of stuff because it’s challenging or fun to build, but would never own it. Then items like this come in and I have no desire to build it or own it, but after I’m done with it I’m pretty pleased.
