Three small skinner knives I recently put handles on. The woods used from top to bottom are padauk, purpleheart and verawood. I made the pins out of brass tubing. And on the verawood knife I filled the pins with a turquoise/epoxy mix. I finished with a paste wax then buffed them out with a buffing wheel on a drill.
The blades are about 2.5” long. Overall length is 6”. I’m still learning and practicing with different woods for the handles and plan on trying to make blades I design in the future.
I plan on selling these three along with custom made leather sheaths as soon as I figure out how to price them.
I appreciate any and all feedback.
