The design is from a recent woodworking magazine. It’s simple to make, and is a very flexible box joint jig. Is can make box joints of any size from 1/4” to about 3/4”.
A very fun afternoon project.

:-) I have lots of projects like that. Among others, I still have the damn piano in the garage waiting for me to complete refinishing. That would free up quite a bit of shop space, if I finished that project.

Looks like a great jig. I know they do work, but for the life of me have trouble getting my head around how to make one. Would you be willing to share some basic plans for yours? From what I can tell yours seems to have a lot of fine adjustments that I haven’t seen on some others.
Anyway, thanks for posting – good luck with the piano!
