The Arrowhead box is actually two boxes. It can be unassembled and either reconfigured or be two separate boxes. The top is book matched figured Olive wood. The inside bottoms are book matched photos of rushing water created by Timmy’s Treehouse Photography. The outside bottoms are perforated aluminum plate with dark red carpet underneath the aluminum. At 16” x 14” x 5” high, this is a pretty big box.

That is (those are) very, very nice work.
Lots of interesting stuff going on here and the multiple media aspect is in complete harmony.
I’m impressed!

Thanks for this.

I don’t have words to describe this project and the craftsmanship that went into it. Definately a number 1.

Really great work.
I’m most fascinated by the design that seems to incorporate the shape of the box to match the shape of the burl.
I have some burl in my shop that is now going to set a second look with that pattern in mind.
