This started out to be a vase but lost some wood when I hit that Knot. Had nothing to loose except a piece of wood and ended up with this. The stem if Off centre and the top was just trying to create something.
The wood is a pices of Murray Pine and finished wiht Gloss Clear Polurethane. Just a fun project.

One of those times when an “oops” turns out great. I really like your turning.

Quite unique. I like it. I think you should do a series of these. Much more interesting the the symmetrical versions.

Nice work. So how do you hollow out for the goblet part?

Thanks for the above remarks. Nice to know other members like some of my work. Just a fun turning after a near disaster. Hope to do some more in the future. G’day Shimmy. To hollow I had the pins centre to centre and hollowed leaving a centre column which I tapered and broke off when deep enough, lucky I didn’t have any catches as I’m sure the stem would have broke.
