Reinventing the quiver
After searching high and low I discovered all Archery quivers are basically the same and have been for hundreds of years- so I thought I’d try something different, I moved the framework to the outside! Simple idea great effect (I think) Quite possibly the coolest quiver anywhere! I use it and I love it!

OK so its not all wood but I did start with just the elm and do plan to make one with all wood (apart from straps) when I work out how to make the body just right

Nice quiver.

I just saw this amazing danish archery video that almost make the quiver obsolete. If you are into archery, you might like it too, so I will share it:

Looks very nice. Great job

Sheisserick, my nephew sent me that site address about three days ago. I’m still trying to decide if I believe someone could be that good with a bow. Amazing.

Not quite sure I believe that entirely, (I certainly would like it to be true) but …... He still needs a quiver to carry his arrows! so not quite obsolete although I was always of the opinion that the people nock the arrow on the wrong side but I believe that is to stop accidents among learners (much easier to stuff it up and send the arrow sideways)
but Fake or true its an awesome vid , heres a some comments from an archery teacher!

Love this design. Started with a bow when Rick McKinney (yes, that Rick McKinney) married my cousin back in the early 80’s. I still shoot at least twice a month.
