This is a complete 3/4” pocket hole plywood cart that also has scrap bins on the side. This fits perfectly on the side of my garage and with the 4 inch casters, it makes it easy for me to move it around to load. Hope you like it!

Nice cut off and storage cart. I built the Steve Ramsey WWMM cart because it didn’t have a back on it and I wouldn’t have to lift the heavy panels over the top. ... But then you are much younger than I.
I don’t know how I got along so well with out the cart.
Your choice of the 4” casters is a good one, as smaller casters seem to ‘hang up’ on small things on the floor.
I have found that having all the cut offs in one spot makes it easier to find them and use them up
