Similar to the last jewelry box, this is the second jewelry box that I made with wood from the same maple tree.

This box is made of walnut and maple with a little ash thrown in. It is slightly different from the last box. The drawers have a bit more figure.

The piece is finished in several coats of super blonde shellac (Zinsser), rubbed out with wax on top (Minwax).

very very nice. love the sequenced spalting on the fronts. the feet are very elegant and well suited to the pieces.

Wow…you have a lot of nice work in the build; but you also have a lot of work in the youtube video. Thanks for that too. It was well done. I kept my hand on the mouse the entire time pausing and figuring.
